The intrinsic value of MediaWiki is that it enables human communication, commerce, and opportunities to share knowledge. In contributing gadgets to MediaWiki, my primary objectives is to make these benefits available to all people, whatever their hardware, software, network infrastructure, native language, culture, geographical location, or physical or mental ability.
The WikiForAll project focuses on accessibility of MediaWiki to people with disabilities — people with auditory, cognitive, neurological, physical, speech, and visual impairments.
The gadget below is a project in continuous development that focuses on receivable information/user interface including text size, text style and text layout, color and contrast and text-to-speech (speech synthesis)

The dark skin only seems to work for Vector. As such, the option should be limited to Vector
The options are inserted straight under the header for Tools, which looks a bit weird. That should be cleaned up.
